Notes: Canterbury House, Borehamwood was the 2009 Andy Swan INCA Award winning project for Best High Rise Refurbishment project.

The project involved the application of 75mm PermaRock Mineral Fibre with both Silicone K1.5mm top coat and Brick Slips to the lower two floors. Main Contractor was HG Construction, Architect was Bailey Garner and the contract value was £400k.

This high rise structure is located amongst a further 12 other low rise blocks of flats completed by Repex Limited this year.
