Notes: Grit blasting, concrete repairs and coatings to all areas of four underground car parks plus electrics and estate security.
These car parks were a danger to residents from spalling concrete and from escalating crime due to the maze of corridors and bad lighting. We were tasked to reinstate the concrete and brighten the estate up using light coloured coatings to make it more welcoming.
