Notes: This was an exciting project for Repex as it was Greenwich Council’s first major ‘Green Roof’. This contract was let under The Decent Homes scheme. The ‘Green Roof’ was specified, inspected and guaranteed by Bauder Roofing.
Other elements of this package included new kitchens, M&E, windows, security doors, asbestos removal and decorations.
