We employ the services of an H&S Consultant to carry out our safety Audits and Training. He possesses the skills, experience and qualifications to carry out these tasks and is the perfect person to ensure the highest levels of site safety which is appreciated by our employees and clients alike.

Grit Blasting, concrete repairs and coatings to all areas of four underground car parks.

These car parks were a danger to residents from spalling concrete and from escalating crime due to the maze of corridors and bad lighting. We were tasked to reinstate the concrete and brighten the estate up using light coloured coatings to make it more welcoming.

An interesting block with tiled communal areas requiring overcoating and glass roof lights. The windows and high performance roofing membrane were added to the project mid term, resulting in a delighted client.

The works on both Phases included elements of: Scafolding, electrics, external wall insulation, application of specialist renders, plastering, reroofing, window installation, asbestos removal, external redecoration, redecoration to communal areas, re-asphalting to private and public balconies, lighting conductor renewal, balustrade repairs, entrance door renewals, concrete repairs, coating and brickwork repairs.

Both Phases involved a multitude of trades and required close supervision. The client was impressed with our expertise in all aspects of the contracts and will testify to this should a reference be required.
