Repex are awarded a further three large projects in the West Midlands area with Wates Construction.
The close working relationship Repex fosters with Willmott Dixon continues to thrive as we commence works on a four school package around Leicestershire.
Repex complete works on the highly prestigious Kings Troops project in London for Morgan Sindall.
Repex complete a multi discipline project at Nuffield Hospital, Royal Tunbridge Wells incorporating Shackerley Ceramic Cladding and also Weber Render for ISG Jackson.
Repex employ a further estimator for the Head office.
Repex complete works to West Kent College, Phases 2 and 4. The proceeding phases encompassed demolition works only.
Repex continue to place a high value on staff training and are delighted to announce the successful completion of a Degree in Quantity Surveying for Joe Jarvis at the Head office.
Repex are awarded a package of schools in Birmingham with Wates Construction.
We are now approved installers of the Bauder Roofing System and are already carrying out several projects incorporating the system.
Repex are currently carrying out a large Timber Cladding and Crittal Window replacement Main Contract for Wandsworth Borough Council
Repex are now halfway through carrying out a Main Contract on the Winstanley Estate (Phase 1). The works include window replacement and external coatings over three tower blocks, for Wandsworth Borough Council.
We have begun works on a large multi-discipline project in Cambridge including both Timber Cladding and External Wall Insulation for Multibuild.
Repex secure and have just commenced works on the prestigious Clifton Campus project for Vinci Construction.
2010 –
Due to increasing demand for Repex on site, we have now employed an additional contracts supervisor in the Midlands office.
Due to continued expansion Repex have now appointed a full time buyer at the Head office in East Sussex.
Repex are the Winners of the Outstanding Workmanship: New Build Category at the INCA awards for the works undertaken on the Woodside, Telford project. More information on this project is readily available via the External Wall Insulation page on our website.
Repex completed a large external package at Somerset & Wiltshire House for Apollo.
Repex completed a variety of works to the Salmon Youth Centre for Rok group.
Repex are currently under consideration for a 2010 INCA award.
Repex gain accreditation to the ISO 14001 Environmental Standard.
Repex receive orders from Willmott Dixon for the Post 16 Centre, Melton Mowbray and The CRF project at Leicester University.
Repex begin undertaking works at the first project in Wales – The Sprint Project, Cardiff for Scientific Lesser.
2009 -
Repex undertake a pilot project with Sika to utilize their new Galvashield Anode at Wiltshire House.
Repex were winners of the 2009 INCA award in the category ‘Best Use of Insulated Render for Social Housing: Refurb: High Rise’ for our workmanship to the Canterbury House project in Borehamwood.
Repex complete a prestigious £750,000 project at Loughborough University for Laing O’Rourke.
2008 –
Repex complete their first large multi-discipline façade package from the Midlands office. The works encompassed Insulated Render/Terracotta and Rainscreen Cladding with a lightweight Steel Framing System.
2007 –
Repex complete external works to a total of 10 schools in Northampton as part of a PFI scheme working with Galliford Try Construction.
Repex commence works on the massive 35,000m² Insulated Render contract at British Estates, Mile End, London at the time of award this was the largest Insulated Render contract in Europe.
