Notes: Twenty six low rise blocks were totally refurbished and Repex Ltd were asked to apply coloured renders to the block exteriors to brighten up the estate. The private balconies were also adapted with Metsec framing, plasterboard and finishes internally and with the externals insulated and rendered to provide additional living space.
