Notes: Repex Ltd was awarded the prestigious Salmon Youth Centre project which consisted of Marmorit external wall insulation and Trespa Meteon external cladding with the principal contractor Rok Group PLC. The Trespa was chosen to mimic zinc cladding charm, achieving a viable alternative for the client. The silicone render was to aesthetically optimise a monolithic dimension gaining U-Values of 0.29 W/m2 whilst also adding value to the end user.
