Notes: Two tower blocks in the heart of Kemptown, Brighton had brickwork and concrete repairs carried out before the whole external skin of both blocks was insulated and top coated with 1.5mm coloured silicone finish. Due to high chloride content found within the structure a combination of Migratory Corrosion Inhibitor and Sacrificial anodes were used during the repair stages.
