Notes: A total of 400 street properties were included within two contracts carried out by Repex Ltd.
The works included a combination of over 2,000 new timber and upvc windows and doors being fitted. The external refurbishment trades included new decorations, gutter / downpipe overhaul and brickwork, stone and render repairs. The internals involved Electrical improvements and updates, including fans fitted to kitchens and bathrooms.
