The construction industry can be a very dangerous place to work, Repex recognizes this and understands that training is the key to safe working practices. As such, all Repex on site staff are CSCS card holders. All on site staff undergo site induction, our toolbox talks are tailored to each and every project, the same is true for the site specific method statements and risk assessments our Contracts Managers produce.
Our Contracts Managers are highly skilled and can draw upon a wealth of knowledge within the extensive training provided to them; the likes of which include Scaffold Inspection training, Manual Handling, Abrasive Wheels, Asbestos Awareness, Site Managers Safety Certification.
